2. Booking Time

We recommend you up to half a month ahead of schedule, the general advance 1-2 days can be. But holidays, or during the tourist season advance booking more time against the hotel is full.

3. Reservation confirmation.

Confirmed time: working days: 8:30-17: 30, non-working days :9:30-17: 00

4. Booking revision.

1. Under normal circumstances, the latest revision time is 18 o’clock. No deduction from the cost or deposition before 18 o’clock. Excess 18:00 booking revision will deduct from the corresponding fee.

2. During holidays or some large –scale exhibitions, Please notify the information online.

5. Price

The price published online or reception includes the service fee and taxes and excludes other special service fees.

6. Check-in and check out time.

Hotel's stipulated check-in time at 14:00 and check-out time at 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability. The hotel might request half day or full day room price for late check out.

7. Reservation time.

1. The hotel keeps the reservation till 18:00 if no any advance note. Ask for some deposit when making reservation.

2. During holidays or some large –scale exhibitions, ask for deposit to confirm reservation.

8. Deposit

1, The need to pay deposit in advance

3. Reservation cancellation and No-show

1) Advance payment of a security deposit, the hotel will tell you the latest cancellation, if there is a change in your itinerary must be notified prior to the latest time I canceled Hotels canceled.

2) Excess the latest cancellation, according to international practices hotel will be entitled to deduct the corresponding amount. The deposit will not be refunded if the guest does not show up. Cancellation is only accepted before the agreed time.

3) If Book 3 rooms, the actual occupancy 2 rooms, the hotel will charge 3 rooms cost.。

4) If Book 2 rooms, the actual occupancy 1 room, another room postponed to another day, the hotel will charge 2 rooms cost.

5) Telephone Booking, our staff will tell you the Latest revision and abolition of time. Online booking, the page will show the latest cancellation.

4. Deposit cancellation

1) Reservations not guaranteed by one night's deposit are available till18:00 on day of arrival.

2) More than five rooms, please contact with the Sales department to reach the agreement.

3) During holidays or some large –scale exhibitions, please contact with the Sales department to reach the agreement.

9. Payment

1. Pay by cash: Our staff will complete the hotel reservation and forward a reservation confirmation to you. Please check the details and confirm your acceptance by paying the total amount on the confirmation. If no payment within the specified time, the hotel will cancel the booking automatically and not assume any responsibility if unsuccessfully check-in.

2. Change reservation

Should there be any changes, please advise us before the latest revision time for adjustment.

3.Change the type of rooms

Please change your reservation forms to make sure that you can get the room you wanted.

4. Refund

Hotel will refund money if you pay by cash. Transfer payments, money back to the original account.
